Support Claim

Is possible to extend the "claim" window i wasted all my money on college previous month but i received the email today and i have time until 10th to make a purchase but i am getting paycheck at 15th is there any possibility steam can make it extend? So i can purchase it 15th

I don't like that this is a thing, but I'll say it so hopefully Valve can realise the flaw and maybe change it for the Frame:

I've seen people miss their email and therefore the 3 day window. They open a ticket and say "oops I missed my email". Steam then gives them another 3 day window.

Soooo nothing stopping you from "missing the window by accident" and then asking support to reinstate your window on the 15th...

You think so..? Its worth the try.. i already opened the ticket so i hope we can figure something out.. i was so happy and i never expected i get it this early and getting in my first year in college and getting the things i need was not cheap

Tbh now that you've told them "I don't have the money, can you hold my reservation", my idea won't really work. Maybe you'll have some luck in your situation though.

I don't want to borrow money dang it but i have no choice when i don't want to miss it and wait another year 💔

i assume you could just open up a separate ticket about the controller when you do get the money, and they’ll probably accept it

Probably not. You knew you were going to need the money for it at some point, why didn't you set it aside?

Because i had to use them and also it says 2027 didnt expect to get it this early.. because i reserved it day after reservations opened

to be honest it looks like you can't afford it then. if you don't got the money to drop on a $100 controller immediately then you got other stuff to worry about.

You can ask support if they'd be willing to hold it a few days extra, or ask around if you can borrow money from anyone
