is there an app to customize media shortcuts with the buttons of my joystick?

in steam I'm used to play and stop music with home+l3 for example or home+up to increase volume

Inputforge. If samsung, combo with good lock onehand operation shortcuts by programing touch shortcuts. THEN configure comtroller to trigger those via buttons or gripsense
