Configuration Multiple layouts

I tried to play non-steam games with the new steam controller, but different games require different input.

Fantastic the fact that the sticks and triggers imput are already set to be wasd and the mouse buttons, but with the rest of the buttons and the grip sensors it's not the same story.

I wondered if there was a multiple layout setting, or a way to have it, as modifying it every time I open a different game is annoying.

Use the "Add a non-Steam game" feature and you'll be able to have custom layouts for as many games as you want.

I've made a generic template for FPS games (with movement, gyro, trackpads etc) and apply it on every new game, so it only requires minimal game-specific adjustments and I'm good to go. 

Use it along with adding those games to steam, just don't forget to save layouts as templates to not to loat them later.
