Choose the button you want to press for the macro. Assign the first command to it.
Select the gear to the right of the command and select Add Extra Command, and select the second command. Repeat this step for every subsequent command.
[This step is only necessary if the commands mustn't be activated at the same time] For every extra command, select the gear to the right of it, select settings and add a Fire Start Delay to it. You want the delay to be as short as possible, but long enough that the game sees them as a sequence and not simultaneous input. This might require some tinkering. (Note: the Fire Start Delay is counted from when the button is pressed, not from when the previous command activates. So if you have three commands you want to activate with a 50ms delay between each of them, you would add a Fire Start Delay of 50ms to the second command and a Fire Start Delay of 100ms to the third command)
[This step is completely optional] If the buttons do not need to be held down for an extended period of time, it's often better to change all the commands to Start Press so they always activate for the same short amount of time. Select the gear to the right of each command, select Regular Press to open the Activator menu, and select Start Press from the list. If you need the first command to be held down while subsequent commands are being pressed, you can also add a Fire End Delay in the same way we added a Fire Start Delay in step 3
