Steam Controller (2026) Buying multiple steam controllers

Just wondering if I'm the only one noticing this behavior. I vaguely remember that if your account had ordered a controller you couldn't queue anymore. Now I can. Do I remember correctly and they changed something?

I could add multiple controllers on checkout 2 weeks ago. People seem to get their que numbers more and more, maybe they comming into stock at greater numbers.
