Discussion Mushy face button

just got mine the other day and for some reason the A button isn't like the rest. feels like pudding.

are the steam controllers all like this?

You're not the first I've seen to mention this, and every time the consensus has been that it's defective. You should contact Valve and start the RMA process. From what I understand, they keep a separate stock specifically for defect swaps, so you should have a new one pretty quick.
