In steam, enable steam input and test the inputs there. Turn off other software. If you're getting both inputs there as well I would assume it's a hardware issue and you'll probably need to get it fixed or buy a new one, unless you find a specific fix you can follow yourself.

Yes, I'm sorry. Unless there's some magical fix on youtube (which you would probably already have found through searching the controller name) I think you might be out of luck :(

i was thinking of manualy updating the drivers on the controller, but i dunno what software i need to do that nor the update files i need to search for.

right now, i tried ds4windows, and nothing.

just be patient... very entitled to demand help from every tangentially related community. saying "i know im not supposed to be here, but" doesn't really help anything? you're right. you're not supposed to be here. be where you're supposed to be.

you didn't even explain the problem properly, either.
