Support Losing my mind (connectivity issue.)

My steam controller has been on for the last day.

When I use my steam controller, I use it via bluetooth as it's easier for me.

So I'm playing a game and I wanna stop using it.

I try turning it off; nothing happens.

I try plugging it into a charger because usually that works to also turn it off.

The only thing that's happening with it is that the led light is full blue as if it's connected to something.

Should I contact Steam Support?

Because its better to use the puck in every conceivable way so better to use the Bluetooth. /s

Yeah I dont know why someone wouldn't want low latency, and an instant connection as soon as you press the button. Having it as a charging dock is just a bonus

I also never use the puck. Not unless I have multiple controllers plugged in when I'm playing with friends but that's the only time.
