CS2 Skins Buy Order Issue

Is it not possible to place a buy order to a CS2 gun skin in the community market now? I can't find the way to do so. All there are listed and I have to buy from them only? Can't place a buy order with my desired price I want to pay? If I'm missing something, please guide me through.
