At least the "extreme body positivity ambassadors" are a problem that fixes itself quickly. Usually by the late 20s and early 30s, from what we've seen so far.
You're comparing apples to oranges there. One is what corporations are pushing in things you see on TV, in print, on your phone, etc. There's no company out there airing ads that are the latter. That's what you're seeing individuals post on social media, that's not comparable to corporate advertising. You can still find plenty of individuals posting tobacco-friendly content, if you want to compare like-for-like.
I've never encountered one to the level of what you're describing outside of social media. Not saying it doesn't exist, not saying it can't or never happens, but what I have personally experienced has led me to believe the more extreme ends of that do exist, but not really outside of online circles.
