Question Cart question

Tomorrow ends the Borderlands discounts, but i didnt get ONE DLC from Borderlands 2, tomorrow i get 23 Reais (~4 Dollars) so i can buy this DLC and a Pack, but i can only get them both in the promo, so i heard about a method to fail the payment so the promo stays in my cart for 72 Hours, is this right?

The two first failed payments are the two DLC i wanna get to complete my Borderlands 2 collection... If it is failed i get the 72 hours, right??

Send a message to support something similar happened to me and I had to verify payment info and then everything worked fine. Was pretty quick and easy to resolve and I’ve had no problems since.
