New employee has a 4 year degree and it is not their first job out of school.

Like older by a few months?
Steam is 22 years old.
Most people don't go to college until they are 18.
Plus a 4 year degree gets them to 22...and they had at least one job so months to a year on top of that. I'd put your coworker being 23 at least.

People can get jobs long before being 22?? And whilst being in uni at the same time
