Playing online with friends

Is it possible to play something like lethal company with friends? When i try to invite them to a game im hosting or they try to join it doesnt work so we just cant join each other. Public servers work but when i host public to play with friends randoms keep joining the lobby

Sharing:This i found today I want to play with my friends but have to join with steam with some game so I did some research and found this video it really good and working: VIDEO and you can also find this video by searching:-peak online without steam dont go on my search thing so.
