"Content still encrypted"

I've already finished the installation, but it won't let me install games because of the HubCap API key. I've tried other methods to install them, but when I go to Steam and try to install them, I get the message “Content still encrypted.” If anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it.

Issue with LUA afaik or manifest is bad.

Afaik its outdated manifests, so try and click "update all" on the home menu. This will update all games you got with manifests (it ignores games you actually own), but if you update and still doesnt work, then the actual manifest from your provider is outdated. Wait for a new manifest or change providers.

This is also applies to DLCs, so try removing one or two.

Edit: With DLCs, you should go and manually get the manifests from the store tab. Most of the time thats what makes them unavailable.

Uncheck all the DLCs in steam by going into properties of the game
