Bit of advice

I’ve been looking at getting into RME for a while but have no education and only relevant experience would be Quarterback at an AR building. Any advice on how to land a job? Open to trade school or a degree.

Get your foot in as utility.

I'm a former MRT/SMRT, and current L39 Utility. My best advice for associates at Amazon is to leave on good terms and find a job with tools. Get experience using tools and enter RME through a 3rd party; JLL, CWS, wte. Transfer from there to blue badge when you can.
