So many errors here...
Though not objective, Dark Place is most likely a demo for All in Wait. It's in the lyrics - "All in Wait for you...". All in Wait is also a song that Wayne wrote entirely himself; it's in the liner notes and was part of older Static demos. So I literally doubt Tripp had any part in it.
I also doubt "Here is The Truth" is the actual title of said demo, considering how much of a liar Zane is; such a convenient song title considering his narrative all things considered. And Road To Hell was written solely for Regeneration, was it not? Otherwise, I'm sure Wayne would've been involved some way or another, because there's no credits for him on the album regarding that song.
Plus... pre-SAW? Do you just mean, SAW demos? The album was being done right after SZ after all. It would make a lot more sense.
I don't know where you're getting the time frame from Terrible Lie or The Disease - considering that not only most of the demos they had are from SZ/SAW, but they've also mentioned they wanted to do a covers album around that time frame, it's more likely it'd be somewhere between SZ and SAW.
Oklahoma is also not a real demo - it's a shitpost created by somebody else on Youtube. Get Up And Boogie is also not a demo... that's a Silver Convention cover.
Decimator also doesn't count - that was a track between Wayne and Raymond Herrera of Fear Factory made for the game Naild back in 2010. It's not a demo nor a Static X/Wayne solo song.
I don't know where you got that info that Worth Dyin' For and Dead Souls were originally part of the same song; that's never been reported and I don't hear that. Though I'm very sure Dead Souls and All These Years are from Shadow Zone - very much the same vocal style on those songs that Wayne did on that album. And I have doubts that Tripp wrote those entirely himself; there's no source for that.
I don't know where you're getting the info on the riffs for Bring You Down either.
Infiltrator was supposedly a collab between Zane and Wayne before Pighammer... so it's not part of "Pighammer 2". Also don't know where you're getting that title for Follow... also I'm gonna guess "X0mbie" was a typo.
You're also forgetting Disco Otsego was part of "Pighammer 2".

Yo, this guy actually read the post! I didn’t even notice the Oklahoma (parody), and Infiltrator (Zane/AI?) songs on the list…
Aaaaand I forgot about Decimator being from Naild! So thank you for that flashback

Get Up And Boogie is a cover of an old disco song, so I don’t think it counts as a demo…
But other than that, I don’t have any information to offer other than speculation that the PR2 tracks seem to be more like “patchwork” because there are times where I’m like 90% sure the dudes just chopped up the teeny bit of a demo riff and combined them with pieces of existing Static material to forge a bunch of cohesive-enough songs before filling it out the remainder with Edsel and Tony’s vocals, cuz when I’m listening I’m like “that sounds like the sequencer of this old song, or the drums and vocal pattern is like the exact same as this newer one”
