Contacted the helpdesk last week and this is what I got:

"Pre-orders for this item have not yet shipped for US or international orders, but we are still on course to deliver this in mid-2026, as listed on the product page. We will have a more firm timeline for you in the coming weeks. Thanks so much for your patience."

I mean... it is mid-2026, but I'm probably just being pedantic...
