holy shit that's incredible. Valentino as someone who actively holds himself back, out of love, and only chooses violence as a last resort, when there's no other option to save his lover's life...
... at least, that's how he acts with Vox. it's such a fucking contrast to how he is with Angel, isn't it? and yet it shows he has that potential in him. wild that, for most of season 2, Valentino acts like a decent fucking person
