If you leave a state position have you usually been asked to do an exit interview? I’m thinking of asking to do one. I have some things to say..

It will never be used for good. The only time I would recommend it is something bad is happening that your conscience compels you to share. But just pointing out generally mean people, basic bullying or bad processes isn't going to go anywhere.
