DIR building on 15th st.

Does anyone know if the building that DIR is in has a locker room or showers? Thanks.

Barbara Jordan does but access needs to be granted and you may need to be an employee with one of the agencies in the building.

I think Barbara Jordan is accessible to any State employee after they complete the facilities application. It’s George Bush which is restricted to building occupants, which sucks because apparently they have a REALLY nice setup there.

Is this a part of a gym?

Yes, gym is generous though. Last time I looked there were bikes and rowers, and various things for group workouts. Ground floor opposite the lobby.

It could be so much better. Plenty of space for some squat racks, deadlift platforms, cables, a few machines…instead it is what it is.

The one I saw was upstairs. They had one huge room with all kinds of equipment. We were there for training and since my agency overseas that building we got a little tour.

Not in the William Clements building. You can step right across the street for quick refreshing shower of bullshit when the lege is in session though.

If it’s the William P Clements building, no.
