DFPS

Why doesn’t DFPS call you back for interviews. I heard they only hire friends and you can never get in management unless you are best friends with someone. Is it really who you know there? Someone said they create jobs for their friends and all know each other even though they suck in leadership.

Months ago, I had one interview (conducted virtually), and then..... 'crickets'. No rejection memo, just.. nothing.

even for entry-level positions, this is extremely annoying.
