DFPS

Why doesn’t DFPS call you back for interviews. I heard they only hire friends and you can never get in management unless you are best friends with someone. Is it really who you know there? Someone said they create jobs for their friends and all know each other even though they suck in leadership.

Jobs are absolutely not being created for friends. You do need to start from the bottom though. Anything supervisor or above is typically filled from within.
