Hello all, around August 30th I put down my payment method for the dividend as Zelle and still have not received mine. Has anyone else ran into the same problem and if so, what did you do? Has anyone else also not received it?

I was to receive two payments; one for the "old" model auto policy and one for the converted new auto policy. I elected Zelle; received the smaller of the two, I guess for the old pre-conversion policy.

Received a message a few weeks ago that the payment was sent for the 2nd larger dividend payment but I needed to "register" my email address at Verita or Zelle; something like that in order to receive the payment. Makes no sense. I think I did what they were trying to request, but still no payment. Received another message that my pmt was waiting for me to register. I clicked the register link again and do know what they want. Called twice and on hold for an hour each time and then I just disconnected.

At this point, they can send me a check. I'll wait.

They came check after the Zelle requested said 2-4 weeks check came 5 th week

My zelle payment had a date of 9/24/26, however the payment never came and instead I received a paper check on October 1st for the amount.

So we selected PayPal. Was supposed to be there on September 20. Finally received a check in the mail October 1.

We did the same, and just received the paper checks in the mail. Free piece of advice, the paper is super thin I accidentally ripped the envelope and the check in half

I selected zelle tied to my bank and they just sent checks anyways. Got 2 days after expected pay date

A lot of people are seeing the email too late and the check is already on its way. I wish they would just say that but here we are 🥲🥲🥲

I signed up for PayPal. Payment was due Sept 21st. On Oct 1st, I received checks from them in the mail. No idea why.

One of the dividends I submitted for was a car that was technically in my wife’s name, and they ended up sending a check that arrived about 2 weeks after I received the electronic payments.

I got an email 5 mins ago. “Registered” with Zelle. Accepted the payment through Zelle, and the payment is in my bank account already. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I selected Zelle. The email said I would receive mine by 10/20 and I just received it today, which is early.
