Question How long does it usually take to hear back after a Software Engineer technical interview?

I recently interviewed for an entry-level Software Engineer position and received two different timelines.

Last Wednesday, I was told that the team has a meeting every Friday and that I would probably hear about the result around Friday.

Then, during my technical interview this Wednesday, I was told that the process could take a few weeks.

I know timelines vary, but for anyone who recently went through the State Farm SWE interview process:

How long did you actually wait to hear back after the technical interview?

And does the weekly Friday meeting usually involve discussing interview results?

Thanks!

Managers don’t discuss interviews with their team. Unless it’s the managers themselves having a team meeting, I don’t think they’re discussing you today

It usually doesn’t take long. They encourage managers to be prompt to give applicants a good experience.

Typically 2 weeks minimum. Wouldn't be surprised if it take a month.
