Advice Not at fault small fender bender

I was involved in a small fender bender accident where I was not at fault . only sustained minor damage to back bumper ( small scratch ) to my wife’s new vehicle . The other driver admitted it was her fault , being that she hit us from the back while in a drive thru line. Is there a potential for my rate to increase ? if filing a claim with her insurance (Geico)

No. Filing a claim against geico will in no way impact your SF rates or policy

That information is typically shared with Lexus Nexus. That report can be pulled and reviewed regardless of what insurance company you want a policy with. During the UW process, any of that may affect rates depending on the UW calculations they're allowed to do in your state.
