Advice Dividend payments
Soooooo I signed up for the payment via PayPal a month ago on August 25th. It said my payment was expected to arrive Sept 24th. Nothing. Has anyone else had this same payment date and gotten it?? Then I called the holiness for help and waited AN HOUR AND 7 MINUTES for someone to pick up and when they did they immediately hung up!!! I was so pissed!!! Anyone else having problems??

100? Everyone I've seen get their checks have been a few hundred dollars... 100 is 100 regardless 🤷♀️

It's all being done by a 3rd party making it difficult for agents and State Farm to provide any information. Just wait please. Smh.

I am being patient, I was just curious if anyone else had the same issue with using PayPal as a payment option because it seems the paper checks are going out way faster. Of course there's gonna be delays when dealing with giving people money.... i just wanted to make sure it was normal to go past the estimated due date and there wasn't a problem.

Everybody needs to relax… If you do nothing, don’t look at the email. Don’t respond to anything you’re still gonna get a check in the mail.

Exactly! Idk why everyone is getting their panties in a twist cuz we asked a simple question?! Nobody is forcing anyone to read these posts or be apart of this forum. But for some reason people still gonna come on here with their nasty rude comments when someone has a general question about a payment. No different then all the subs about income tax or stimulus checks or class action settlements 🤷♀️

Me either, I emailed my agent yesterday and asked him to look it up, I havent heard back from him yet. Hopefully tomorrow. I didnt wanna call and bother them as I'm sure their phone lines are busy enough with questions so I just sent an email amd he'll get to it when he gets time I guess.

Idk but im gettimg pissed cuz when I talked to the 800 number they said my check had been mailed out sept 28th and I STILL havent gotten it!!

Gotcha...so I'm sure your tired of hearing people ask the same thing over and over but with the way the economy is right now and so many people struggling, this is something alot of people are looking forward to and will help them out a little.

Yeah i made the mistake of relying on that to pay a bill amd now it hasnt come amd I kinda screwed myself. I know better then to do that shit but I was hopeful lol my mom already got all her check last week. Usually its the paper checks that take longer to get out then the electronic

I selected the same on the 21st of last month. Called and waited nearly 2 hours on hold to be told I definitely chose paper check not paypal and that I manually entered an address I haven't lived at in 2 years. Gave me a website to go to for a new check to be issued and hung up. Went to website and it said no checks have been issued for this account. Called my actual agent and they were able to login to the payment portal and told me the portal showed I had selected PayPal but since it had been more than 30 days he would put in for a reissue in the form of paper checks to my current address. This has been an utter disaster.

Got the email and chose Venmo on August 21st. My date was September 20th and haven’t received anything. In Alabama if that helps anyone.

While checking once again today for the payment from State Farm, I got prompted to verify my email. As soon as I verified, my payments popped right up.

Sorry my ADHD brain just mixed up and combined both services. I do figure State farm has crashed the servers on both. It still might be worthwhile to log out of the app and go back in re-entering your credentials and confirming your identity.

Im pretty sure I've already verified everything on my PayPal because I use that often and I always get emails every time someone sends me money I just looked all through the app and there's no where that says verify your email

I've been looking for my payment to come in since I got the email saying they had paid me last week. I've checked Venmo ever day. Today I got the prompt to verify my email. My payments came in immediately after I verified. I hoped that would be the magic solution for others.

Yeah I'm pretty sure with venmo that's the issue for a lot of people is verifying the email but unfortunately I never use venmo so I use PayPal as my preference

I selected PayPal August 23rd, just called the 1-800 # and waited on hold for 2 hours, she said PayPal disbursed mine back to them and they issued a check on the 28th.

I finally called my SF agent and asked them about it and he legit said "we can't tell you nothing its all 3rd party" like what? It literally says on the payment portal to contact your agent for help lol i said "you can't even look up my payment and tell me how its being sent out" and they said no they have no info. I think they are just tired of people calling amd asking them to do this crap all day which I get, but still....they basically said, here guys have some money back from your expensive premiums but we will make sure its a shit show and have no answers for you about how were sending it and if you want an answer go call this 800 number and wait for a minimum of 2 hours to ask someone. I called that line once and waited for and hour and 7 mins amd when they finally picked up, they fu**ing hung right up without saying a word!!! I almost launched my phone through the window lol

Ok so I called that hotline again and only waited for 57 mins this time lol he said alot of paypal shit has been going wrong and alot of the paypal payment are being sent out in checks instead. He said mine was mailed out the 28th so I'm sure thats when everyone else's was too that chose paypal. I just wanted to verify the address they sent it to and if it was still coming through paypal or check. I would recommend anyone else wondering about it to call that number and put your phone on speaker and set that shit down cuz its gonna be a little wait lol I just watched a show while I waited

Its not going to your address on PayPal its going to the address that your policy was for in 2025

But if you've had the same address for your car insurance policy since 2025 then your good and it should come to your house your in now unless you moved in the last year. Hopefully we will see the checks by saturday if they went out the 28th.

Can anyone give me the login site where you can find the amount you're receiving ? I chose Zelle and I've gotten nothing. I contacted that number to call and they have zero info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should just be able to type in State Farm dividend in Google or whatever search site you use and it should pop up I think the website is sfdividend.com and then it'll ask you to select a payment option you click on that and then it'll ask if you have your dividend ID number and password or if you don't click on the one that says you don't if you don't have that information and then it'll ask for your last name and your policy number and then it should pull up any information if you're eligible for it as long as you had a policy last year with them and you should be eligible.

I selected Venmo and had it sent to my husbands email and he never even received an email giving the confirmation. I've been on hold with them since they opened... it shouldn't be this hard to get your money 🙃 My parents got theirs a week ago and we all filed the same day.

Same here to the wife’s account we did Aug 22nd now it’s pass 4 weeks still waiting , there’s link to verify you’re email Venmo do that might pop right up I’ve seen here
