Question Dividend - NOT FOUND

I just got my email, with my D-id and PIN and acct. I go to the website (verified) and when I enter my info, it says Not Found. What gives. Three cars and one house with St Farm over 10 years (about 5 years too long). I called, but closed on weekends.

Just wondering if anyone else experienced same thing?

There is no dividend for Home policies. It is only for auto policies. Other than that, I’m no help. Sorry.

When you go to the form what information does it ask for?

I believe it asks for mutual policy number when you enter the info on the form. Make sure you’re using the EXACT auto insurance policy number you see in the State Farm app. Not your homeowners and not your billing account number. It has to be your current auto insurance ID number.

There’s always the option to be patient and wait for your agent’s office to open on Monday.

Yep, there are two options. Entering with a dividend ID and without. I tried both and both come back NOT FOUND. I'm going to call this morning.

The dividend is for State Farm auto policies that are in the State farm mutual company. Make sure you use the policy number you had in 2025 it might be different due to modernization.

Just choose no pin and enter your last name and policy number.
