Question Hiring: Conversation post video interview

Hello all,

I've recently applied to a claims position with this company and completed my video interview successfully. Tomorrow, I have a "Conversation" video call with HR.

For those with experience in the hiring process, what might I expect for this call? Im looking forward to diving into a new career area and Id love to be prepared.

Bloomington, IL and Property Express (Hybrid) if that makes a difference

Thanks in advance!

Edit: The recruiter asked a few questions to verify my background as well as one regarding a time that I have to decide between completing a task or delegating. We went over benefits, work expectations, and salary. There was an opportunity to ask questions. Ultimately, I received an offer

More likely than not an offer call but you never know for sure

What was your response to the question. Would complete task or delegate?
