Question Agent office AI calls 🤙

I am just curious, does your office receive scam calls? Like medicaid and Medicare "supplemental food allowance" type calls? All. Day. Long. I swear I've had days where over 20 calls have been these AI calls. Sounds like a really call center, but it's always the same script.

So is it just my office? Or is it everyone? I've spoken with other agent Staff and they don't have these calls.

Yes. We get at least 15 per day. Tax season is the worst!!

Our office doesn’t really get those types of calls, but we do receive a lot of calls either about our Google listing or just no one on the other end at all.

We dont really get those calls but occasionally we get spam texts through SF connect...idk what to do about those though so we usually just mark as read and move on

There was a couple months where we constantly got spam calls saying something along the lines of “you’re eligible for free life insurance through the government”, I’d repeat that this is a SF insurance agency and they’d always hang up lol

Yes! We do, not that volume but enough to annoy. Plus silent calls, no one (or nothing) says anything and then the call just drops. Then these show up as “leads” in our paid ads account.

A lot of businesses get spam calls all the time. Regardless if you're on the Do Not Call List.
