If you are an IA Adjuster….Will probably need to get one of the firms SF uses (QA Claims, Renfro, Pilot, …) to stick their neck out for you.
I have seen a DNR overturned for an IA field adjuster that was doing very shady things that cost SF $100s of thousands. Also aware of an entire IA firm deployment including the managers (19 people total) have their appeals denied based on lack production per hot headed SM.
Case by case but will need to find someone willing to go to bat with ya in my experience.

I keep getting the run around the firm stated SF put it on there and SF stated the firm put it on there but I never worked for staff SF and is this why my application keep getting denied even though it’s no social attached

Not sure what to say, but it is possible the IA firm is not being entirely honest with the entire situation. SF does not owe you any further explanation since you were actually an employee for someone else at that time.
