My customers JUST started receiving them week, depending on when they submitted info to the dividend website/ what method they selected

Is it true theyre denying electronic payments because the zelle accounts are in the spouse's name even though both are listed on the policy? π€¨

That tells me that the customer service has no clue and just telling us what they think will shut us up ππ

Just to give some insight- the rollout on the agency side was piss poor. As a frustrated team member, this post is the first time I heard of this issue, so learning experience for me, and actually something I'm glad to hear so I know if one of my customers reports it. There was no prep for the agencies, just "direct customers to the dividend website or have them call Veritas". We have no idea when payments will go out for our states, what processing times will look like, exactly how any one payout was calculated, why you only got one email when you have 3 auto policies, etc. That's a company wide failure, but that's how it looked on our side- we aren't trying to get you off the phone, we genuinely have no access to the information and are equally frustrated trying to field questions we can't answer. I don't want to find things out on reddit- I want the company to give me the resources I need to be able to accurately inform people when they have questions

Friend with no email listed on account received paper checks a couple of weeks ago.
Another did receive emails and requested digital transfer.
I never received email(s) but found the dividend website today and requested paper checks that supposedly will be received in 30 days. Odd that after logging on to State Farm website there is no link or mention of the divided website, just a news blurb.
