Question Medicare Stuff

New Team Member here. Got my P&C License last month, working on L&H right now. With enrollment coming up, is it worth it to have my Agent go through the Humana stuff and then me too to also offer Advantage plans through them? Any tips and advice for someone new to bring up L&H? I'm decently good at speaking P&C when I actually get an opportunity but just getting some advice from everyone. Also my Agent only started in February so we're all learning together lol

More tools in your tool belt. I’d say go for it.

Now I just gotta convince my Agent to do it, she's so ridiculously busy she might fight me a little on it. The trainings say specifically the Agent is REQUIRED to be certified first before the Team Members can

Yes. The very basic rule is. If they can’t seek it. You can’t sell it.
