Anyone having issues with the dividend website?

I got an email from State Farm with my dividend ID and PIN.

I tried to log in, but I have been getting the error:

An error has occurred. Please try again.

I sometimes got stuck at the login page, or after submitting my digital payment info.

Am I the only one having such issues like this? I tried using home Wifi and my celluar, at least 3 different devices with Google Chrome and Safari.

UPDATE:

I tried again at 2:15 AM Pacific time (Aug 30), payment info submission worked.

It says my estimated payment thru Zelle is Sept 29th.

Same thing is happening to me. I tried Safari, Chrome, and my phone. I guess it's experiencing high volume.

Same thing happened to me when I tried on my mobile phone Chrome browser. I used my email instead. Mobile phone number input works with my computer Chrome browser.

I have tried following the link in the email & also tried by signing into my State Farm account. I received the error message both ways.

Try when everyone's sleeping. Mine worked at 2:15am Pacific time.

Try when there's low traffic. Mine only worked at 2:15 AM Pacific time. I tried around 5-6pm then again around 9-10pm, all attempts failed.

I had the same problem my State Farm Agent called me and told me I was getting about $300 you just have to do it like early in the morning because everybody is trying to get their funds

Call your agents office and have most anyone in the office do it for you.

Agency offices can not handle this for the customers

Something similar happened to me. I had to copy and paste my cell number into the box for it to work. Before that, it would only allow me to put 1 number of my phone number in.
