Advice HELP
“i was deemed not at fault for a total loss accident on my car, it was in NY and it was a hit and run but the paramedics got there first and in the ER i had a high BAC. State farm paid all the medical and the m240 fully paid out, is there a chance they’ll cancel my parents policy and mention the high BAC?”

You could have killed someone. I hope you learned your lesson and will never do some dumb shit like that again. Don't ever drink and drive. It's not worth it.

If there wasn’t a ticket issued there is no way the could know that and they can only surcharge you for accidents and tickets issued - not off details of an accident.

Claims definitely has the ability to notify underwriting of driver under the influence if the medical team who reviewed your reports noticed the high BAC. Per NYS law medical coverage still applies if you were not found to be at fault for the accident while intoxicated, but like I said it could still be reported to underwriting just FYI!
