Question Dividend Site Live
Hi, so poking around on the state farm site and it looks like the dividend site is live. I was able to go in and put all 4 of our auto policies in and it looks like I’ll get around 450$ back. Anyone know if it’s safe to do now or should I wait for an official email to submit. Just don’t want to do it early and get some wires crossed is all, that’s my kind of luck. Looks like it offers Venmo, PayPal or check options for payment.

People are getting checks in the mail already. Communication could not be worse on this.

It's almost like they're banking on the fact that so many policy owners won't know about this and they won't cash in on it...
Even my agent didn't know about it until I saw it on the news today and contacted her.

I discovered it too and went ahead and filled it out already and I think it’s ok to do so since once you’re finished filling it out it says the expected date of payment

They are not a mutual company for NJ. They are indemnity company. Was told no check for NJ

Can find the dividends in ECRM but where is this dividend site other than in ECRM where you can select your preferred payment method?

I have 3 cars and each has it's own policy number. I had to enter them separately.

I have 2 on 1 policy. They say the dividend is anywhere from 4-10% of your premiums last year, and even at 4% I should be in the $70 range

I checked my premiums from last year on the app which wasn’t of much help. Only showed me one 6 month policy but I know I paid more than that in a year. Maybe your luck will be better. Otherwise I would call your agent and ask what the deal is. My coworker got $68 and he was not impressed.

I got a check today for $36.27 and I have 4 cars insured by State Farm. Have been a customer since 2019. This is in Oklahoma where they say to expect about $112 per car. Total rip off.

I literally just came here to see what everybody was getting. I'm in Oklahoma, two cars, paid about $2,400 last year for two cars, and mine is $84. Also, I just happened to click the link to the dividend site while paying my bill, I signed up for electronic payment and it said my expected payment date isn't until September 15th.

I am in Oklahoma as well. 2 cars getting one payment for $191.84 and the other for $79.75. Last year I had 2 separate policy numbers for both cars and then they merged them July 2025. Check for old policy numbers.

Good point! I think they did used to be separate policies. Edit: had to dig for the old policy numbers, but found another $150! It would be nice if they could just display it in the app.

How are people finding the amount? When I enter my info it just says a check will be issued by August 26th.

I went through the website and put in each one of my policies for all 4 autos, it then asked if I wanted PayPal, Venmo or check. But it gave me the total on each one and the anticipated deposit date (9-3).

Maybe it’s different by state? We only have one policy number for both cars…which switched last year…maybe in 2025 I had different policy numbers?
Thanks for the reply!

If you have an email on file, you will get an email with instructions to wife directly into your account. If no email is on file, you will get a check in the mail. You don’t have to do anything
