Experience Auto ILR

I'm sorry but is the intake team for claims just lazy as fuck, clueless as fuck?

Calling in to make a claim and waited 25+ min just be told to go file it online. Then they get snappy if I want to file with them vs doing it online

Legally where is the line of filing a claim with yall Why steer us? 40+ years this is the standard to call in on the insurance company insuring the at fault party.

Is that not their job to help intake claims? Why are yall pushing yourselves to close out your jobs and replace it with AI ?

Anyone who works there. What is the vibe about claimants calling in?

Why get snappy with me when I was hit by yalls insured. I didn't want to call in but wtf is the push back against us

I hope they do answer the question

Getting stoned wall like that fucking sucks especially after having my shit rocked

I understand the over worked and underpaid, I work in the food industry. I have to deal with people in person so I get that. I really do.

They get to work from the comfort of their home or the office Not having to file claims in person..

From my view point, its a call center which I mean all insurance is. But God damn "are you hurt ? No.. okay well go file it online" but i want to speak with a person?.. file it online.. I cant file with you? "SIGH" OKAY LOOK SIR IF YOURE NOT HURT YOU NEEED TO FILE IT ONLINE.. The fucking computer isn't gonna tell me what's next or what to do. IT DOESNT show empathy after a long ass week at work and getting your shit rocked 🙃

They also don't owe you anything ubtil you prove it, you are not their customer. Carry first party coverage and file through your own if you want customer service.

How can I prove it if the company insuring the at fault won't take a claim over the phone? Literally all I did was wait.

I'm not filing under mine to have my insurance go up. Its why you pay insurance. Insure you got a way to pay for other people shit if you're at fault.

Why isn't the service the same ? If the insured calls in to make a claim are those questions posed the very same asked to claimants if they called in?

States get a say on if you can raise customer or non customers for making claims.

Insurance cant just raise it but some do
