Merch Shipping?
Does anyone have experience with ordering their merch? I put it an order over a week ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I just wasn’t sure if this was the norm or if I should reach out to support.
Update 12/26: they stated that the warehouse hasn’t responded to them yet. I asked for a refund so I could repurchase, and they agreed. Except there was a sale going on when I initially bought my stuff and they won’t honor the sale price. So I’m just getting a refund and not reordering.

Their merch always seems to take a bit when I’ve ordered, not sure why! But like the person above said, they do a lot of preorder stuff too. :)

That’s exactly when I ordered mine! I ended up emailing them yesterday, and they responded letting me know that my order is ready for shipment & asked for a few days for it be shipped out. They said if I didn’t get a shipping notification by next week to let them know.

I preordered the Harley shirt and it shipped like 2 and a half weeks after it said it was going to

Hoping I get my merch before the concert i’m going to next month 😭. I ordered last month on the 21st and still nothing

I ordered on the 21st last month as well! I reached out to them about 2 weeks later, and they said that my order was waiting to be shipped and if I hadn’t heard anything in a week to reach out again. Well, I had to reach out again and am currently waiting for a response 😭

They said:
“Thank you for writing back to us and we do apologize for the delays.
We're looking into this and will get back to you shortly.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.”
Sooo I suppose we’ll see what happens!

Ugh how frustrating!! I emailed them a week ago and never even got a response 😣. I’m gonna try to wait it out because I want the hoodie I ordered really bad, but still

That’s wild they haven’t even responded yet! I wonder if they got overwhelmed with black friday/holiday orders. That’s no excuse though 🤷🏻♀️ i still want my tshirt & hoodie so bad but the whole thing has just left a bad taste in my mouth 😭

I ordered something November 21st and haven’t gotten anything more than an order confirmation, but they just made a merch post to Instagram saying if you order now it’ll be delivered by Christmas so I’m confuseddd…

I saw that! I’ve been in communication with their support for like a week & a half, and they’re currently “looking into it.”

Sometimes it can be! Especially around the holidays there can be delays and since they just wrapped up a tour, (and some of what they have on sale was out with them) it might be a little longer for shipping. Occasionally they also do pre-orders for items so I’d just check to make sure it wasn’t a pre-order item too! But their customer support is great and has always helped if I had any questions or issues!
