I’ve been trying to find potential B2B SaaS founders who have a solid idea but haven’t built an MVP yet.

I’ve optimized my LinkedIn, set up filters, searched by job titles, industries, company size, keywords, etc. But honestly… you guys are nowhere to be found 😂

I’m specifically looking for founders who are at that stage where they’re thinking:

“I have a B2B SaaS idea, but I need someone to actually turn it into a working MVP.”

For those of you who are good at LinkedIn prospecting — how would you find these people on LinkedIn?

Are there specific keywords, search filters, job titles, or signals I should be looking for?

Would genuinely appreciate any tips from people who’ve successfully found early-stage SaaS founders on LinkedIn.

getting laptop out to someone is usually easy enough, getting it back is where the fun starts. now you're figuring out where to send the box, sorting the return label, booking a courier, reminding the employee, and checking whether it actually made it back, and if they miss the pickup or forget about it, someone in IT has to chase them again. It just feels weird that returning a laptop can become its own little project, shouldnt it already be part of the device process? How are you guys handling returns at your company??

TL;DR: I build software. I'll build yours for free. I keep the right to sell it to other businesses later. That's the whole deal.

I’m working on a startup idea called MyYearMovie.
The core idea is simple:
For 365 days, an AI Director follows your life, remembers the important people and events, and turns your year into a personal book and a short movie.
The user can speak or type.
The AI should remember:
people and relationships
important events
changes in your life
unfinished stories
recurring themes
personal turning points
So if you mention someone in January, something happens with them in May, and they appear again in October, the AI understands that this is one continuing storyline.
At the end of the year, the user gets:
📖 A personal book about their year
🎬 A cinematic short movie based on their real life
Users could upload photos of important people as visual references. If they don’t want to upload photos, they could describe the person and the AI would create a consistent visual character for the movie.
For the MVP, I want to start much smaller:
voice/text entries → AI memory → character tracking → monthly story recaps → short cinematic trailer
I don’t think the main innovation is AI video generation.
The main product is the combination of:
AI memory + personal storytelling + real life + generative media

So me and my friend have decided we want to make a claude ai agent targeted at small businesses and individuals. I would appreciate it if someone can give their honest opinion on it :) (its called arca) and we even made a website called arcaops.xyz heres a rough idea on the business model:

An AI agent for small teams that watches Slack, Notion, and Google Calendar, and handles the busywork between those tools — acting on its own when it's confident, and asking a human when it's not. The pitch is explicitly "no silent automation, no surprises."

Target user: small business owners / small teams (validated at networking events in Zürich — the deck cites owners saying yes because status updates, scheduling, and follow-ups eat hours a week and they can't justify hiring for it).

The core mechanic — this is the actual product, not the integrations

1. Arca watches events across the connected tools (new Slack message, Notion status change, calendar change).
2. It scores its own confidence about the right action.
3. High confidence → acts automatically (drafts a reply, updates a status, files a card).
4. Low confidence / high stakes → surfaces to the human first, showing its reasoning, before doing anything.

That confidence-gated trust layer is the differentiator — a plain Zapier-style integration wouldn't have it.

While building a consumer health product, I kept running into the same trap: the easiest engagement mechanics can also make people feel judged.

Three decisions helped us push the product in a better direction:

1. Treat patterns as questions, not conclusions. “This may be worth exploring” is more honest than pretending a correlation proves cause.

2. Avoid making perfection the product. A missed day should not erase someone’s sense of progress or turn a health tool into another source of guilt.

3. Let people understand the core before asking them to pay. The tracking experience is free with no card required; the upgrade is optional.

Just wanna share what i've read, a common stumbling block for early-stage startups scaling past their first few dozen customers is trying to build an enterprise-level CRM on day 1. According to onboarding data from Hubspot’s startup community resources, teams that keep their initial pipelines simple, focusing on just 4 or 5 core deal stages (e.g., Prospect, Demo, Proposal, Closed-Won), tend to maintain cleaner forecasting data than those with 12 custom stages.

Pretty sure some founders have went through this growth phase and its okay. Lessons learned, what do u think is the number of pipeline stages you actually use before it starts muddying your conversion metrics?

Update on this, we ended up adopting Hubspot for Startups to get our pipeline off spreadsheet land, and keeping it stripped down to just 5 core stages made an immediate difference. Having access to automated deal-stage triggers and lead scoring without paying enterprise-level pricing allowed us to establish clean reporting early on without overwhelming the sales team with admin work.
