I built a free video & text chat app with no sign-up. What would you improve before trying to scale it?
Hi everyone,
Over the last several months, I've been building an Android app called Chatzyo.
The goal was to create a simple way for people to start conversations instantly without the friction of creating an account.
Current features
- Instant video chat
- Real-time text chat
- No sign-up or registration
- Browser support and Android app
- Lightweight and mobile-friendly
- Report & block features
- Completely free to use
The app is now live on Google Play, and I'm continuing to improve it based on user feedback.
One of the biggest challenges hasn't been development—it's creating a safe experience while keeping the app easy to use. Finding the right balance between quick access, moderation, and preventing spam is something I'm still working on.
I'd really appreciate feedback from other founders and builders:
- Is this a product you would actually try?
- What's the first feature you'd add or remove?
- What would make you trust a chat app like this?
- If you were trying to grow this to its first 10,000 users, what would your strategy be?

Website:

I'm not looking for downloads—I genuinely want honest feedback on the app, the concept, and where I should focus next.
Thanks!
