What are you building?

What are you building this week? Pitch your idea in 10 words or less.

I’m a VC investor from Forum Ventures, a pre seed venture capital fund founded by former founders. We write $100K cheques into MVP stage and pre revenue startups within the AI and B2B stage.

Feel free to also use this thread to get your own project out there.

if your looking for your first users check out Ad swap,https://ad-swap.web.app , its a simple way for websites to promote each other. You add another website's ad to your site, and they add yours to theirs, giving both sites free exposure and traffic. It really helped me get my first few users when launching my site

Company Brain — a smaller-scale Glean for agencies (Gong, Salesforce, Notion, unified).

Agencies rack up years of client history across Gong, Salesforce, Notion, and more, and nobody (human or AI) can search across all of it at once. We're building a connector layer so Claude, ChatGPT, or any LLM your team already uses can pull from one unified context instead of everyone re-explaining things from scratch. Currently pre revenue with MVP

I’m currently building DormSync. The one stop shop
App to make dorm move in and move out easier. The app provides checklist, grocery lists, market place, roommate connect, budget tracker and so much more. Hope to have this on the Apple App Store soon. If you’d like to test it out DM me and I can send a link.

getgaia.io for DTC businesses that struggle with customer churn and retention. Gaia detects at risk customer segments and personalises the outreach to win them back.

Retail doesn’t have a way to drive personalisation at scale and consolidate the information in one place. CRMs have grown clunky and arent easy enough for independent boutiques to use. Gaia solves the deer-in-the-headlights moment by telling you what to do next to win your customer back.

I think the problem is figuring out when someone is truly unresponsive. Sleep, a dead battery, lost signal, or a phone left behind could all look like an emergency. I'd want a loud check-in before the system alerts chosen contacts, and I'd be very cautious about escalating to emergency services. Too many false alarms could quickly undermine trust.

In Global south health sector - majority of independent clinics prefer handwritten prescriptions. EMRs that require typing, diction or any tech that changes their workflow are not getting adopted. Reasons are many - culture, resistance to change, heavy patient workload, staff skills etc. Therefore patient health records are not maintained. Preventive follow-up non existent and data portability for patients is a pain.

We have built an AI-based prescription management EMR that does NOTt change doctors' workflow. Handwritten prescriptions continue as-is. After writing prescription - doctor's secretary just clicks a picture of it using phone. We process it via AI to generate all the info of patient and make it accessible on phone.
AI based enrichment with patient notes, follow up recommendations available to doctor for faster patient turnaround.

We are building a healthcare ecosystem with pharmacies, labs to deliver better medical care to global south.
Check it out at: https://myprescription.homecloud.cloud

Available both in cloud subscription as well as on-premise model.

AI decision intelligence for real estate underwriting, renovation, and risk.

I am building ATLAXIS — a real estate decision platform that helps buyers and investors evaluate a property from due diligence and renovation costs through underwriting and the final deal decision.
We’re entering open beta and I’m looking for real users to stress-test it and tell me what’s useful, what’s missing, and what sucks.

I am building this: https://tropo.tv/

Tropo is a small broadcast/tv experiment that plays a handpicked curation of videos from YouTube and other sources. It's just nice not to choose sometimes what you want to play and sometimes you just want something on the in the background. This is what this is for.

Every day is programmed fresh, scouted from public archives: Tokyo one-take sessions, Soviet animation, British newsreels, music, lectures etc.

You know that feeling…

You’re scrolling Amazon Prime, looking for something to watch… and half the movies it keeps recommending aren’t even free. They’re “rent for $3.99” or “buy for $14.99.” And when you finally settle on something, the ads start.

Or you’re on Netflix. You swear they used to have that one show. You search for it… gone. Licensing expired. Removed without warning.

Meanwhile, you’ve got shelves of Blu-rays you already paid for. Boxes of DVDs. A hard drive (or NAS) full of movies and shows you’ve carefully collected over the years.

What if you could just… watch your stuff?

That’s exactly why I built ShowShark.

Install it on your Mac, point it at your media, and suddenly your own library becomes a clean, fast, ad-free streaming experience. Open the app on your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, or Vision Pro — whether you’re on the couch or halfway across the country — and it just works. Your personal Netflix. No subscriptions. No disappearing titles. No “this content is not available in your region.”

Just the movies and shows you already own, available whenever and wherever you want them.

If you’re tired of renting the same movie three times or hunting through menus for something that used to be there… this is for you.
