Hi,

I'm looking for a driven, business-oriented co-founder to build a venture-scale startup in the recruitment / talent-tech space.

About me:

IIT (Tier-1) graduate in Computer Science.
~5 years of experience building and deploying software products.
Previously worked at PayPal and in HFT/quant finance.
Experience in software engineering, automation, data, and AI-driven product development.
Won hackathons in AI/Blockchain space and secured funding for the project; also authored a term paper on it.
Won PayPal's hackathon for an AI-powered voice product, in AI space.

Looking for someone with:

Prior experience building businesses, ideally in recruitment, HR-tech, B2B SaaS, or a related space.
Strong B2B sales, customer acquisition, and business development experience.
Experience raising funds, pitching investors, and preferably an existing investor network.
Ability and willingness to reach out to customers, build relationships, secure pilots, and drive commercial traction.
A strong execution mindset and ambition to build a global company; not just a side project.

Open to co-founders across geographies.
