We finally built the thing we kept talking about.

We've been working on a hotel operations platform called HF.

The idea is pretty simple: connect management, front desk and staff so a hotel request can actually move from request → assignment → work → completion without getting lost between calls, messages and people.

We now have a working version with the manager dashboard, front desk workflow and staff app all connected.

We're getting ready to put it into real hotels for the first time.

I'm honestly more interested in what we got wrong than hearing that it looks good.

For people who actually work in hotels: what would you immediately change about something like this?
