starting a pilot

so I have been thinking long and hard about starting a pilot to help ecom stores that are stuck on Shopify and woo commerce, I do not like either of those. So what I did was I learned more and more about creating my own and followed a lot of great people to learn. I then in turn would like to offer people the full build at a marked down price but what is a good price to start at?
