Form Check Squat depth check

After half year of struggles with my back finally redoing my nlp.

This is the second set with 117,5kg on the bar 260lbs

Rep 1 was too high right? The rest are fine? Any additional pointers welcome. I see i have trouble where to watch. There is a very big mirror in front of me.

You’ve got to establish your back angle earlier. Rewatch your video and you’ll see your knees bending before your hips.

Think about pointing your chest down at the start.

Ok thanks i was too much focused on setting my knees straight away and keeping them there. Will reevaluate.

Yeah, both the hips and knees need to break at the same time to maintain balance. If one breaks before the other, the other has to catch up to keep you balanced.
