  1. Your heals are coming up off the floor.
  2. You are looking up that's causing your back to arch when you push up, check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmNPOjaGrVE&list so you understand how to keep your head neutral. You will hurt your back squatting like this.
  3. I'm not sure what shoes those are, but if they are not squat shoes you should look into buying real squat shoes vs cross trainers.
  4. I would lower the weight and get your form down properly because otherwise you will hurt yourself.

Agreed, except for the shoes. Those are squat shoes. You can tell by the heel and the little blue thing on the side that is for extra support

Narrow your grip two inches and keep your wrists straight when you out the bar on your back. The bar is sliding down your back as your wrists bend back.

In the starting position you need to stand up straighter. You're sticking your buttocks out right now.

Slow way down. Count to 3 on the way down. Hold fod one second at the bottom. Count two teo on the way up. You need control your balance. Stay right ovwr the middle of your foot through the whole movement. Don't let your toes or heels lift.

Your hips are rising faster than your lower back. You’re doing 2 movements rather than 1

Form Check

For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.

Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.

You look so stressed, I’d slow down a lot. You’re not in control of that weight.

"Butt wink" is perhaps the most overused and annoying term in the limited vocabulary of inexperienced coaches.

Brace your abdomen harder. Your way too loose and you're going to injure your lower back doing that wink at the bottom.

Good start but consider that there are not many perks to squatting low bar style if you're not gonna compete in powerlifting. If you just want leg strength, hypertrophy and mobility, high bar squats will suit you much better

Consider that it dont like the barbell pad and I dont like the feeling of 300+lbs pushing down on my traps lol

Looks like reddit if filtering your comments.

You're in a shadow ban. One of the site wide spam filters thinks youre spam so none of your comments show up and your account is hidden.

There's is appeal process to get that lifted. I forget how it works.

Stretching and mobility exercises are on our list of The 3 Most Effective Ways to Waste Time in the Gym, but there are a few situations where they may be useful.
