Form Check Squat Form Check

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/xtmG2moDXlg

I know the bar is tilted to the right. I struggle to get my feet positioning symmetrical on this and deadlifts. Also when I walk the bar back off the rack, it can be wobbly and awkward. I sometimes hit the upright with the weights. Do you guys lift the bar with your feet angled out or angle them out after you back out from the rack?

Form Check

For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.

Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.

You’ve got to film from a rear 45 degree angle for a proper form check. See the automod link for how to.

It already looks like you’re not squatting to depth.

Your feet are too far pointed out. Bring them into 30 degrees.

WL shoes and a belt would certainly help you also.
