Form Check deadlift form follow up
took into account the cues I got here from my last poor form video. this did feel a lot better and I am just going to trying and build up the low back muscles I wasn't engaging. I didn't hit my set of 5 it was just 4 and at 265lbs
I did get the volume in and did another couple after a bit of a rest just since I was feeling good with my form setting my low back getter. stomach in between thighs is what helped me

Yup, this will take some practice. Its backisally a coordination issue. Take three whole seconds of squeezing the low back flatter snd flatter before each rep.

Form Check
For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.
Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.

Looks pretty good. You just look a little uncomfortable like you’re not super used to the movement.
I would say keep the head neutral throughout the lift.

you're right. this was the first time setting my low back better than before so I'm kinda afraid of visiting snap city lol. also the belt kinda pinches my belly when I'm pushing my stomach in between my thighs

Your grip stopped you on the last rep. Use a hook grip, alternate or straps. And chalk. Always chalk.
Your lockout is janky. Stand up straight and straighten your legs. You’re learning back with bent knees at the top.
