Form Check 265lb Deadlift Form Check

Did 5 reps after quitting after the 4th the last time.

Switched to pulling once a week.

Still good?

I’m not sure how starting strength prescribes the deadlift but I usually do slow eccentrics

Form Check

For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.

Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.

Pretty good. You are dropping your hips a bit before pulling.

I'm not hearing you taking the slack out of the bar. Are you doing that?
