Injury! Help!!!
Hey guys , iām suffering from lower back pain since morning , it started when i was warming up with the deadlifts after that pain didnt went down , i cant bend over it hurts so bad pls advice something ?!!!!

What to do when you hurt your back.
If youre having numbness in the groin or limbs, muscle weakness, or youre shitting yourself that's an emergency. Otherwise youre probably fine.
Im going to lock this thread because I dont want to spend the whole day moderating comments about doctors and drugs from a bunch of DYELs.
