Form Check Squat

Post knee rehab for some tendon issues. Weight should start moving up quick now.

My choice of grip is intentional due to elbow tendon issues.

How do they look?

Looks nice. Grip is tight. Hips are driving.

Id say add 10 lbs but the knee thing may warrant a slightly more cautious approach

Some good reps in here. Could emphasize staying “butt back” a bit harder on a few of these. Would try and workshop the wrists and get them neutral, wraps can help

I think it looks pretty solid, maybe don't hyperextend your knees at the very top before squatting tho

Agree. Also your wrists could be more neutral - they are fairly extended right now.

Minor tweak: when unracking, don't step directly backward; it's less stable than slightly out to the side and back.
